Why wont you load!

I have reinstalled this app multiple times before and it reinstalled perfectly fine every time, but now when I try to reinstall the app it wont even appear with my other apps. Cartoon Network! PLEASE fix this, I dont want to have to miss any of my shows!
P.s. Could you please change the layout, it isnt the most convenient.
